Becoming a sustainable salon was something that was very important to the team of Hair & Harlow Fairy Meadow.

In any commercial business waste can be a huge issue for the environment so we knew we had to become apart of this groundbreaking program. Sustainable salon has worked hard to bring some incredible uses for salon waste, turning hair cuttings into mats to soak up oil spills in the ocean or wigs for people suffering medically induced hair loss. Recycling chemicals back into water to use in construction and manufacturing and simply keeping as much waste above ground as possible.
